Ordering & Shipping.
This depends on if the order is in stock at Dunks Performance or if it is being shipped directly from the manufacturer. In stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Other orders will vary based upon manufacturer inventory.
A: We use a quick badge system on our product pages to let you know exactly where an item is. Look for the star badge in the top right corner of the product listing:
- IN STOCK (Green Badge): The item is physically on our shelves here in Springfield. It is ready to ship out or be picked up locally.
- DROP SHIP (Teal Badge): The item is available, but it will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. (Please note: Drop ship items are not physically at our shop and are not available for immediate local pickup).
- OUT OF STOCK (Red Badge): We are currently sold out. You can use the "Email me when available" button on the page to be notified the second it returns!

For the most part we follow the manufacturer's return policy, there are a few exceptions to this and we reserve the right to protect ourselves from unfair manufacturer policies. The customer is responsible for return freight with a few exceptions, such as if you were shipped the wrong part, or there was a website error, etc. Please contact us with any specific issues.
We process the refund within 48 hours of return, after that it is up to your bank’s processing time. The safe answer is typically 7-10 business days.
Shop Services
Our warranty on labor is 1 year or 12000 miles when installing OEM parts. When installing aftermarket parts our warranty is 6 months or 6000 miles. This is due to the use of these parts, especially if you are adding more power or installing larger tires, you are putting more load on components.
Yes! It is located to the left of our office door. Please fill out the envelope with your information and drop your keys in the lock box.
Yes, if you drop off by 6PM we will store your vehicle behind the locked gate. If you drop off after 6PM please park in the parking lot and place keys in the drop box located next to the front door.
In-Store Pickup
A: Yes, but you must authorize them in advance. Please email us from the email address associated with your order before they arrive to let us know who is coming. Your authorized pickup person will also be required to show their own valid, physical ID at the counter.
A: We offer local pickup at our Springfield shop!
Pickup Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
ID Verification: For fraud protection, we require a valid, physical Government-Issued ID at the time of pickup. The name on the ID must match the billing name on your order. No ID = No parts.
Hold Time: Paid orders are held for 5 business days. Call us at (541) 726-1006 if you need an extension. Abandoned orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
