Dunks has done a couple things to my 2005 F350 with the 6.0L Diesel. I had them do a lift and body mounts in separate visits. When doing the lift they found some other issues, called me and walked through them, gave me options and I had them fix everything. The work was top notch, the truck drives fantastic, and they led me to the right parts. There's a few different options on lifts for this truck and they recommended BDS, it rides so much better than friends trucks with same lift height, 4 link style. They know what they are doing, and do good work. Definitely will take it back, will be looking for advice on fueling system upgrades, blue spring vs. regulated return, and some other items.

They are great. Know their products and give great advice to customers that have no clue like myself. Great family owned and operated business.

I had a persistent problem with my AMP Research power running boards not working all the time on my 2018 RAM. They would work and then not work it was very frustrating for sure. Casey and his team got on it and found the problem involving cracked solder joints in the control module from the factory, and bad diode, they solved the problem. This is my latest review of Dunks, I've been bringing my vehicles to Dunks for the last 12 years and as my wife put it; "they have never failed me". I've had various groups work on my vehicles, dealerships and others, and I've always walked away disappointed with either the service or the quality of the work. I've never had that happen with Dunks. I highly recommend them. Below is an example story and one of my first experiences with Dunks:

Dunks is the best...I recently had a horror story with a car dealership where they didn't install my 4" lift kit correctly, even though they were the ones who recommended it. After driving off the lot, I realized something wasn't right, but the dealership started giving me the run around for several weeks. I had finally had enough and called Dunks. I live in Albany so I was trying to stay close to home, my mistake. Casey and Mike were able to diagnose the problem over the phone...something the dealership couldn't do with the Jeep on the rack. I took it down and they resolved the issue, at one point, Casey even met me half way (in Brownsville) so I could provide them with the parts. The customer service and support of Casey and Dunks is beyond the best. If you have a Jeep that you need some work done on...go there! Don't waste time or money anywhere else. This is the second vehicle I've had that they have worked on and in every case, they are the best.

I had the head gaskets on done in my 05 duramax. They were very transparent on any extra costs that might come up during the process. I had a trip planned and Casey and Mike assured me the truck would be done in time for my trip and it was. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Really great experience last week at Dunk's. I found them through a Google search, after my mechanic found a major differential problem, relating to a strange noise that was getting worse. (400,000 miles on my truck!). Called for a diagnostic appointment to confirm, and to get a (what was sure to be expensive) quote on the diff. Because of the anticipated expense, I even dropped in one day at Dunks ahead of time, asking lots of questions about diffs. The guys were great to talk with and I knew I was in good hands. On the day of the appointment, after a test drive and putting the truck on the rack, they found nothing wrong with the differential! We even got on the phone with my regular mechanic and Dunk's at no charge did additional verification, per my mechanic's request. Turns out, some loose metal mud flaps were the culprit. The mechanic's notes were very detailed, complete with specs on my rig vs. standard specs, etc. Lots of good info in the notes, plus I was able to talk directly to the mechanic. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
