Description
Fleece Performance EBP Sensor Relocation Kit for 2007.5-2012 Ram 6.7L Cummins
If you've spent time under the hood of your 6.7L Cummins, you know how much heat builds up around the factory exhaust back pressure (EBP) sensor location. Constant exposure to this extreme heat at the thermostat housing elbow can take a toll on the sensor, leading to inaccurate readings or premature failure.
The Fleece Performance EBP Relocation Kit solves this by moving your sensor to a cooler, safer location on the front side of the radiator. This cleaner setup helps improve sensor longevity and maintains accurate EBP data—which is critical for proper turbo control, EGR function, and overall engine performance.
Kit Includes:
-
EBP Sensor Mounting Block
-
Exhaust Manifold Pressure Feed Tube
Application & Fitment Notes:
-
Vehicle Fitment: 2007.5-2012 Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 with 6.7L 24V Cummins Engine.
-
Fleece Bypass Kit: Serves as a direct replacement for the exhaust backpressure sensor relocation kit included in the Fleece Coolant Bypass kit (FPE-CLNTBYPS-CUMMINS-0712).
-
Steed Speed Manifolds: When using this kit with a Steed Speed manifold, verify the vintage of the manifold. Older model Steed Speed manifolds used a 1/4 NPT fitting that requires rework of the stock EBP line and the installation of a larger 1/4 NPT flare fitting. The Fleece EBP line uses an M12x1.0 flare fitting to mate to the stock manifold.
